1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we collect?
Newsletter / Mailing list: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your name and phone number. Signups are sent to a Google Apps Script web app and stored in our Google Sheet mailing list.
Store / PayPal: When you purchase merchandise, your payment is processed by PayPal. We receive your name, email, and shipping address from PayPal to fulfill orders. We do not store your payment details.
Contact forms: Emails sent to our booking, press, or general inbox are retained only as needed to respond and conduct business.
Cookies and similar tech:
- Consent: We store your Accept/Decline choice so we don't show the banner again.
- Language: We remember your language preference (EN/DE) so you see the right version on future visits.
- Marketing: Newsletter and mailing-list signups (Google Sheet) only work if you Accept. If you Decline, we won't process signups.
We also use your browser's language setting to suggest the correct site language on first visit.
First-party cookies / storage we set:

We process your data on the basis of:

- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing purchases and fulfilling orders

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Purchase records: as required for tax and legal purposes (typically several years). Contact inquiries: for the duration of the conversation and any follow-up. Cookie consent: until you clear your browser data or change your preference.

Bandsintown: RSVP links on our tour page take you to Bandsintown, where you can sign up for show reminders. Any information you provide there is collected by Bandsintown under their privacy policy. 7. International transfers
Some service providers (e.g. Google, PayPal) may process data outside the EU. They use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us if you need more information.
